I bought an item in Japan and send it to a warehouse in China, this is the tracking number:
After being in "Retention" for nearly 1 month, the current status says "Import Stopped" What does this mean? What can I do to request the delivery of the package? I don't know anyone in China and I can't contact China Post or Japan Post directly, because I live in Colombia. so I'd appreciate your support to solve this problem.

There is no one to receive it in Shenzhen, China. So, it will be returned back to Japan. There is no way to deliver it again now. You can only wait to receive it in Japan later.
