Hi Admin. My parcel stuck at "Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan"
since 2 weeks can you please help me out what is going on??
why the status isn't moving? is it an error or its because something wrong in the export??

It's not stuck. It moves in fact. As your parcel is sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is not registered, China Post doesn't provide tracking after that. So, you couldn't get more update after that. This kind of parcel is very slow and usually takes two months to reach the destination country. You'd better wait patiently. If you couldn't get it within three months, it may be lost.
