CP399389825CN no updates where is my parcel

There has been no updates on my parcel since January 22, 2021 it has be almost 15-16 day and it showing in tracking as HK OPS, arrival at the place of arrival
Please update me on my parcel and and what is th route it is following
I understand that the parcel will take time to reach but it would be helpful knowing its not stuck or lost
Please reply as soon as possible

It's not lost. It's in transit to India now. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
