HONG KONG OUTWARD PARCEL SECTION, Item Dispatched its been almost 20 days when will I get my parcel??

Packages sent to India are delayed due to the coronavirus and the clash between the two countries. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you can contact the seller to get a solution.
