Could you please confirm to which email address we should send the requested information? Additionally, could you let us know if the parcel will be released once these materials are provided?

The information for my package is: "you need to submit customs declaration materials or go through the return procedures". How can I submit the papers to finish the customs declaration?

I am sending a parcel to China with shipment number CY286806193DE, and the parcel is in customs for the last 3 months.
I understand the customs declaration materials should be submitted. But the customs declaration forms stating the details you mentioned in the last answer (importer details, goods description, value...) is attached on the surface of the parcel in an envelope.
The receiver asked us - the sender - to provide these details when we sent the parcel.
Could you please check the parcel again and see the documents attached.
