Dear friend, this parcel RG009517962CN, someone would have been tried to deliver?
But I don't know which carrier in The Netherlands.
Seller does not reply.
Tired myself offices of: UPS, DPD, DHL, PostNL GLS - nobody has my parcel??
Please explain to whom you have handed over the parcel for local delivery? Please?

Hi Esther,

PostNL is in charge of delivering it to you. If you couldn't get it, you need to contact the seller and require a refund from the seller in time.
