Delivered to wrong address

I have tracked my package and shows it was delivered to FRANKLIN - KY, 已妥投 , today 4/19/2022 at 10:17 am. And this is not my address. It was to be delivered 10482 S Rosewood Way, Molalla, Oregon 97038. How do I get my package that was delivered to the wrong address?
