Good morning, I've received a delivery attempt about my package, on 1st of September. It should be delivered between 11 and 30th.. I'm actually unable to retrieve it till the 12th of September. How and where could I retrieve it ?. The tracking number is ZC36541847499

Hi Davide Michelni,

The delivery was failed on September 1. You need to contact the seller to provide you with the tracking number in Italy and use it to contact Italy Post to delivery it to you at your convenient date.
