I ordered my stroller March 23rd and didn’t receive an update until April 19 that it had only been transported to Shanghai. I’m not completely sure how shipping from China works right now due to the pandemic but I just want an update on my stroller since I’m due to give birth in a week. I’m desperate at this point. I know shipping restrictions have eased up at this point so I don’t know what’s going on. My package has apparently been in transit to the USA for over a month and you guys always tell me to wait 30-60 days. I don’t have 30-60 days anymore. My child is coming. If my package is lost I need to know so I can contact the company and report it for a refund. This is getting unprofessional. My tracking number is CP299583407CN. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP AND RESPOND

It's not lost. It's still in transit. As it has been two months that you still don't receive it, you can contact the company for refund as soon as possible.
