Delivery delay 81 days in transit

This parcel has been in the US since Jan 20. It has not moved since. Where is this parcel? UT809592996CN. Now 81 days in transit. Please help!

Hi,

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since Jan. 20. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within a week after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.

I have ordered four items since February and there has been a delay of almost three months. I have read that you ship in European countries in 15-60 days. You have passed this limit. The tracking number is LZ690294077CN . Please do something this customary service is totally unacceptable.
