This stated it has been delivered but it hasn’t. Please could you double check this as it has not gone to any of m neighbours either as I have asked them all.

This has arrived in my country over 10 days ago, it seems to be in my city's processing center since 31st of May, and it still wasn't released for delivery. Can you please share more details of where this package is, and when it will be delivered?
