It was delivered on October 26. If you don't get it, try to contact the seller to check it for you. If he doesn't reply, it may be a scam. We have found many sellers use china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. You need to call your bank and report fraud to get refund asap.

IF as you say that "The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either" and that it has been signed for then why can't you provide the delivery information so we can pursue this through the appropriate authorities?
Your incomplete answer indicates that you are complicit in this elaborate scam as you have declared in your answer that you know what was transported and that it was not what I ordered, and where it was delivered which is not my address and when!!! Only those with intimate knowledge would know those details as it is not public knowledge.
Your company can not hide behind the seller as being the only scammer as your response indicates, and the tracking document with its comprehensive dates, times and actions that were drafted by you or the conveyers of the goods under your auspice with your full knowledge.
Simply put your answer indicates that your company is fully involved in the scam and if your consulate provides no joy to our submission to them then Interpol will be involved and will audit more than just this case.
