My package said it’s out for delivery how is that possible when I track on website it states it’s still in China I am trying to figure out where is my package and why isn’t it showing in my usps updates: my tracking number is AG438309852CN

THIS SHIPMENT SAYS IT DELIVERED ON 3/14 BOTH AT 1113AM AND 1113PM THIS DAY.
I NEVER RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT AND WAS HERE ALL DAY/NIGHT. IT SAYS CHINA EMS EPACKET DELIVERED IT. PLEASE DIRECT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO RETRIEVE MY PRODUCT. ITS A BIKE SO IT WASNT IN A MAILBOX. I NEED TO KNOW WHERE THEY DELIVERED IT IF THEY DID AT ALL. THIS IS THE 3 ITEM THAT HASNT MADE IT TO ME BY VIA CHINA POST.

I to purchased a electric fireplace on 11/27/23 and tracking that I received is saying out for delivery since yesterday but when I put it in the usps tracking it says label created awaiting the item. I think we just got scammed. I’m so sick of having to worry about getting scammed whenever you go to purchase something with your hard earned money. It’s ridiculous this day and time. Someone always trying to take something that they don’t have to work for. It’s disgusting
It should be delivered by your local postal service. If you couldn't receive it in recent 7 days, it's not normal. Then, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
