Hi,
I am after some help with a parcel coming from China to Australia.
The 17track website shows it as delivered but no one here has seen it.
Any help is greatly appreciated

According to the tracking information, AQ470924516CN was delivered on October 21 in Alice Springs. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

The delivery information states may item has been delived to me on 03/09/2025. However I have received nothing and my security cameras have shown that nothing was delived and also the delivery was stated to be delivered on a Sunday and the only parcel delivery service to work on a Sunday is Amazon. Could you send me the address it was delivered to and proof that it was delivered. If you used a uk delivery firm could you let me know which one. Could you let me know as soon possible as I’m am going to have to report the incident.
