I ordered the product weighing 195 gm on Aliexpress by ePacket method but it hasn't reached israel being held by customs in china. Finally it returned to a sender. Now I want a seller to resend me this product but he demands me to pay 10$ for its delivery claiming the full delivery fee is about 30$.
