Delivery Says Item is in LA, ready to be picked up

Sirs -
The Shipping Tracking/Update says that my parcel is "waiting to be picked up by customer" in Los Angeles. I am many hundreds of miles North of L.A. Do you mean the local or regional shipper to pick up? The update sounds like you're expecting me to pick the item up in L.A. Please clarify!

Hi johnmoorhead,

In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and let the seller solve the problem for you in time. The seller should contact the courier to require them to your address.

I ordered an item and it's been due to be picked up for more than a month (for delivery to the US) so I still do not have a tracking number. I've contacted the seller and they just say that EMS hasn't picked it up yet. When will package pick-up resume for EMS?

Package shows delivered directly but at the wrong city and state - not my addres (0 reply)

My packages (3 total) were supposed to make it to Kingwood, TX. However as of today they are showing to be delivered and picked up at the post office but I do not have the items and I am not G Marshall.
Here is clip from tracking status:
