I'd like to know if my parcel, LZ781970687CN, has really been shipped and now is in Zhengzhou as I can read on the Package tracking page.

Hi Robert,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on April 15 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Italy after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

My item number is LZ592202932CN. The repeated message keeps on showing item has been dispatched to designated country. I have been seeing this message every time when delivery status updates. It keeps on showing security return on delivery status note and also shanyang international processing center has been exported directly sealed. What does it mean? Can you please have a look into it? It would be very grateful.
