Hi everyone,
I ordered something on eBay via China Post. I was home the entire last week, so I don't understand why the package couldn't be delivered, according to the tracking information.
Could you please help me with this? I also see that the package is in Cologne and then back in Berlin? My address is in Berlin...

Hello,
I have a problem with my package LO357391593CN. There was an unsuccessfull delivery. You told me to contact CTT which I did. They are telling me that they is a problem of address and that they are not responsible for correcting addresses. So they returned the package to expeditor. What should I do? Can you solve the issue as soon as possible?
