Please advise where the item was delivered.

Hi Christine Prasnik,

According to the tracking information, AM769294983CN was delivered on April 17. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to check where it was delivered for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I have tracked this item and it states it has been delivered. it has not been delivered. I have not received it. I was in all day and no delivery came on the 20th November. I have also checked my CCTV and nothing was delivered. I have checked with all my neighbours, no delivery has been received. I have paid for an order which states delivered when tracked but I have NOT received the delivery. I have contacted the seller and they said they can’t help.
