Il est clairement impossible de joindre Chinapost par voie téléphonique tout le monde parle que mandarin est pas un mot en anglais.

To South Africa, for package over 2kg, it's charged for every 1kg. The first 1kg is charged 210.2 RMB and 117.1 RMB for each additional 1kg by air. By ship, it's 110.9 RMB for the first 1kg and 17.8 RMB for each additional 1kg. You'd better contact China Post or an express agency to see if there is any discount for you.
