Can I please have information on the delivery address as you haven't said on your Web page why it wasn't delivered just that it failed. I would like to know the address it was sent to amd why it wasn't delivered. PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO CONTACT RECEIVER TO RING FOR COLLECTION AS THEY WILL NOT COLLECT. I would also like to know why this isn't been sent back to me when I put return address on it. Also why when I ring is there no one to speak to in English about this

Sorry, we don't know the delivery address. It's private information, only the receiver or the sender could contact China Post directly to check. As you filled it, I think you should know it. According to the tracking information, the delivery was failed due to the receiver couldn't be contacted. It's on the way back to you now.
