Did not receive my parcel - Delivered to US not Canada

Hello,

I placed on order on June 26, 2020. The Order # is 99439. The tracking # is LY350226265CN. It says that it has been “delivered” and shows that it has been delivered to somewhere in New York.

I live in London, Ontario, Canada. Can someone please advise when my order will be delivered?

Hi Ally,

You need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. The seller should give you a solution at last if you couldn't get it.

I have the same problem. The tracking number is saying the package was delivered in the USA. What did you do. Was your package ever delivered.
