Hello,
I posted a parcel a parcel from England to SJCAM in Shenzhen on 2016-03-04.
The tracking code is - RU781914447GB.
Using the China Post tracking system, the last 4 entries are…

2016-03-13 13:58:26.0 - Shenzhen Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-03-14 19:40:59.0 - arrive 民治dept. delivery office
2016-03-14 19:54:27.0 - 民治dept. attempt delivery
2016-03-15 08:14:59.0 - arrive 民治dept. delivery office

Does this mean that you tried to deliver the package on 2016-03-14, but could not?
Where is the package now?
Can the recipient collect the package from that location?
(I gave them this information earlier this week but they have not got back to me to say that they have contacted you).

The tracking system shows the carrier tried to deliver on 2016-03-14 19:54:27 but it seems failed. And it's in the Mingzhi Branch of China Post now. You'd better let the receiver call 11183 or 11185 to make sure where is it now and require them to deliver again.

Tracking information in Chinese: you can let the receiver to check this if he knows Chinese.

Many thanks for a quick response to my question – Do you have my package? (RU781914447GB) – on 03/25/2016.
I have passed on the information to the recipient, twice now in the last 10 days.
I do not understand why nothing seems to be happening.
If the Mingzhi Branch of China Post is the one in Tuanjie Road, it must be just a few hundred metres from the destination in Junjing huating Garden, Minzhi Road.

Do you know why the delivery failed on 14th March?
Would it have been at 19:54 local time? (Perhaps the offices were shut).
Would you have left a card telling the recipient that a delivery had failed and asking them to contact you to rearrange?
You ask for the recipient to contact you to ask for redelivery. Can I, as the sender, ask you to redeliver, during normal office hours?

Any light you can shed would be most gratefully received.
