E mail from Royal Mail

I ordered an item from GB tracking LZ778486385CN FROM Comfortableeasy. Royal Mail e mailed me on the 13/4 to tell me parcel on it’s way and will update me when in GB. I HAVN’t heard anything and now it’s 5th May. It says plane entered port 19/4 (which port). Parcel was posted from Wang zhen guy in China

It's in the middle location now. There will be update when it arrives in UK. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

According to the tracking (LZ352695709CN) my item was delivered by Royal Mail on 13th October 2020 but it wasn’t.
Royal Mail say that I have to clam through you as International mail rules mean claims for loss or damage are considered by the postal provider of the country the item was sent from.
This applies regardless of which country the item was last tracked to.
What do I do next?
