Hello, I haven’t had any update on my package since May 1st. Send to LAL. Can you please tell me where it is & if I will receive it in UK soon? LL201451585CN. Thank You

It's in transit to UK now. There will be further update when it arrives. You'd better wait for another week to see.

It's still in transit to UK and hasn't arrived in UK. If you couldn't get it before the promised date, better contact the seller to give you a solution.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to me Daisy. My worry is if I contact seller for solution/refund does the parcel be sent back to seller? Item is a birthday present so I am still hoping that if I’m lucky it arrives ok. Thanks again. Owl

The parcel will not be sent back to the seller because you contact the seller for solution or refund. The seller couldn't call it back when it's in transit to your country.
