My parcel has been stuck at china customs since 6th August ,Is this because of the Cover situation or is there an issue ?

You need to contact the receiver in mainland China to contact Guangzhou customs to check it.

This is quite frustrating now.
Package EH027948155NL was known to be stuck in customs and awaiting tax payment. I contacted the receiver and apparently they were told they needed the logistics carrier to contact customs to advise what was in the package even though I sent it with the customs form. What are the contact details of China customs so I can try sort this.
