EA480683103CN - the parcel sits in China in transit already 23 days!

Dear All
I am looking for my parcel sent from China Shanghai on 16th November 2020.
The tracking number is EA480683103CN.
It's already the 23rd day!
There are no updates in the system. The parcel still sits in Shanghai. Why? Could you please tell me when I can expect my parcel as Christmas is coming I would prefer to get it before the 25th of December?

Thank you for your reply in regards to my parcel (EA480683103CN).
I understand that there is a difficult time for everyone. But could you please explain to me, why the normal post is working quicker then ems? I have another parcel from China as well and it was sent by normal post. And the parcel is already in Australia. But I used your service as an express service, paid more money for the faster delivery, and I am still waiting for my parcel.
Could you please advise me in regards to the time delivery?

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in Australia.
