It been about 2 months now and i have yet receive my parcel and there's no update been provided. Would you please update me where is this now?

neither do i. apparently their warehouses are bursting over with parcels, and their means of transportation are very, very limited (i guess not even 10 planes). the chinese mailing services always tend to be painfully slow, compared to fast pace of the us or the eu, but now they are, on top of that, overwhelmed by the situation and apparently do not know how to handle it properly. i was told, too, that i can expect to receive my parcels within a 3 month timeframe. it is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. you should only use dhl, from now on... i received my other chinese parcels e.g. recently, in LESS than a WEEK, by using dhl....

Hi Pat,
Coronavirus is slowing down packages and goverments closed borders which causes delays for airplanes to transport packages. You still need to wait more days to get update showing it arrives.

It's in transit to Australia now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
