Hi could you give me information about my package EV921095670CN the seller won't respond and I haven't had an update since the 5/3/20. Thanks

There is no update for it at present. It was delivered by airline on June 12 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

hi, its been a week now an I still haven't received any information on the whereabouts of my package the tracking number is LZ303722779CN.
I contacted the seller and he replied saying "there's an issue with the e packet system". However it seems like no one else is having this problem and he said he would get into contact with the warehouse he shipped it to. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem at all ? or if anyone could help thank you

Hi Max,

There is no problem with the e packet system. There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reasons:
1. The sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
2. It's just sent and needs two or three days to have tracking information.
3. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
4. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.

It was mentioned that they will deliver the package within 5 to 7 days .
The order was placed on the 14th of this month and was shipped by the seller the 16th of September.
Two weeks have passed and the package is still in transit. Is this normal ?

Is EV934191785CN the right tracking number? There is no tracking information for it. EMS is not as fast as before. It may takes about 15-30 days to reach the destination country. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Yes EV934191785CN is the correct tracking number.
The item waw bought through aliexpress
which shows it is still in transit.
Any idea on how I can directly contact the shipping company by phone since it has been 20 days now compared to the 5-7 days that I paid extra shipping for.

Tracking the item on Aliexpress shows:
"Parcel is still in transit, no worries, we will deliver it to you as soon as possible".
I think it is on the shipping company's side.
