Despite it being express post, It's been over one month the parcel is stuck in one place and not dispatched. Kindly update the status on my parcel.

Hi Sonal,

EMS is not as fast as before affected by the coronavirus. To my experience, there should be update around August 15. You'd better wait for more days to see.

I received notification that a package of mine was shipping from China on April 21st. Shipping has not updated since April 29th. I am wondering if my package is lost, stuck somewhere in transit, or are there delays due to the virus? Perhaps this is just a normal delivery time? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
