EMS package stuck in beijing

Hi, my package EA286043981CN has been under the status "leaving beijing international tianzhu processing center, next stop: beijing international mail exchange center" since april 23. I saw that other users have been experiencing similar problems and you advised them to contact the seller. However, this is a personal item mailed to me by my family (a pillow), so I'm not sure what the problem could be. Could you look into the details? Thank you so much!

It's still stuck in Beijing now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update.

Hello, I ordered a package on April 17, and my tracking has not updated since April 19. It seems to be stuck in either Beijing International Tianyi Processing Center or Beijing International Mail Exchange Station. I would just like to know if my package has left Beijing and if it is on the way to the United States.
