Dear Sir/Madam,

Is ePacket service also available for Estonia? Or how long would the named small package shipping delivery time be? Are there any calculators where I could get a good overview?

I checked the list and find ePacket service is currently not available for Estonia. You can read on http://www.chinapostaltracking.com/ems/ebay-epacket-eub/ to learn more information.

The tracking of some orders that were shipped with EUB/ePacket says that the parcels arrived in the United States! Destination is Austria in Europe and this is correctly displayed in tracking! The seller and I have never seen this tracking update.
