What's the estimated cost to send a 22 kg large package with dimensions of 50x60x50cm from Hangzhou, Zhejiang to Washington State, U.S.A.? Additionally, can a friend in China send the package at the closest China Post in Hangzhou?

It's about 2100rmb to Washington by air. Your friend can send it from a large post office in Hangzhou.
