Hi Dr. Frank,

It just left Beijing, China on July 29th. I'm not sure what kind of service do you use? China Post registered air mail service? If it's sent by air, you may get it around August 15th in normal. If it's sent by ship, you may get it after one or two months.

I paid for EMS with an estimation of 7-15 days. Now the estimated time is 15-25 days and has already had 8 days in transit. EV988365192CN is the tracking number. Very disappointing as the package was a gift. Please help thank you.
