failed delivery attempt? not properly cast?

the tracker says that my order (LY587577795CN) was not properly cast/failed attempt delivery. I'm not sure what to do or where my package is going to go. Will they send it back or will they try to deliver it again?

It's not returned back now. It's in USPS's hand. You'd better contact USPS as soon as possible to confirm your address and ask for re-delivery. Or, it will be returned back to the sender.
