I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since. I thought EMS was usually quicker than this and I looked it up to read that EMS from China to the UK usually takes 7-20 days, but my tracking has not updated in a month.
I found tracking websites that share more detailed information however this is what I get:

Why has its flight departed so many times? What does this mean. Should I be concerned about my parcel yet?? Or is taking this long normal for EMS

LZ979584813CN and LZ979584800CN are VERY overdue (postage estimate was originally given as 13 to 20 DAYS, not MONTHS!) - they have both been stuck at "Flight Departure" status since the 30th of July - SEVEN WEEKS AGO!!!
