Gone to post office still nothing was found according to the receiver

The parcel I sent to Keqiao Shaoxing China was last track on the below update and since then no more news, the receiver had gone to post many times still no parcel to collect.

Hi Royal Prince,

It shows the parcel has finished delivery on June 24. If the receiver doesn't get it, it must by got by someone else. The post office should provide proof to show they delivery it right. Or, you should ask for compensation.

I sent a package to chengdu, white house, in April. It is a big blue plastic tub. The recipient has been there many times and was told package is not there. Can you tell me where it is? Tracking number is cx196385594us. Thank you for any help!
