Hi Allen Olivia,

It's delayed in Nigeria. I suggest you wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it in two months, it's not normal. Then, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

When I track my package # GZ0000183475YQ, it says that the package has been delivered. However, I have not received it as it was never delevered, I have a camera that would have picked up the delivery of such a big pacakge. Your FAQs tell me to contact the local shipping company but I have not idea who that would be. The tracking information only says:
"transfer to local acting company International self-operation team
2025-04-26 14:54"
