Hi John,

It was delivered to air transport on March 31 and takes about 7-15 days for it to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

Hello,
I hope you Can Clarify my question about package with Tracking number LZ524981916CN.

It says it has left with flight Arrival but in which country is my package stuck? It have Been stuck in a transit AirPort since 25 december.
Is it out of China now? Or Will i have to wait Much longer before I get it?

I ordered stuff from China several times now, even during Corona. Everything came very fast. But this shipment however takes ages now. It was ordered in March and shipped out in early April. It took 14 days to get to the airport alone and is stuck there for almost a month now. It did not even leave the country and I'm getting frustrated. The seller even replied my order would already be on flight, but NO flight takes 4 weeks, it should have been in Germany by now.

Please, do something about this issue!
