hello,
I'm Taku Saito from Laserconnect in Japan.
We sent machine parts to a Chinese company we do business with, but they never arrived.
When confirmed by EMS tracking, it was stopped in EMS Wuhan.
I heard that the reason is related to tax payment.
I checked with Japan's EMS and heard that if payment is not made, the item will be returned to Japan.
When I tracked the EMS again today, it showed "武汉市, 已退运 2023-10.20 13:06".
Does this mean My parts will be sent back to Japan?
I couldn't come to terms with the payment, so I was thinking of having it return to japan.
I would like to know what the current status of this part is and what will happen in the future.
Again, I would like to have this parts sent back to Japan.
