Parcel from Japan stuck in customs GZ

Hi, a parcel was sent to me from Japan, it arrived in Guangzhou within 3 days but has now been in customs for the last 10 days with out contact or receiving the parcel. The tracking number is EN080594380JP any help would be appreciated

Hi Darren,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.

Hello, i sent a shipment from japan to a forwarding company in china but the shipment is stuck in the customs since 8th of Nov. "no one there to pay the tax nor customs clearance"
i contacted EMS China many times about the shipment status and when it will return to the seller in japan and they told me many times that " it will return after 1 Month "

but today my shipment completes its 44 days..

without any updates and i need a help..
so please help me with this Tragedy.
