Its currently 7:45 am & I NEED assistance!!!!! Your web sight read that it was out for delevery at 09:23 & the next line says its been delivered at 16:21 but, it was 7:45 so, how can that happen? It was 7:45am in the morning not 9:23 & 16:21 but. you had it posted as if those events took place..... I have not received my package

I can't even tell you how disappointing this process has been not to mention, NO feedback from Customer Service!
