It appears that there is a claim that there was an attempt to deliver this item. I'm retired and home most of the time. We have a central office where there is someone there daily. I never received any notification that a delivery was attempted. Looks like the package has been returned to Los Angeles. Lastly, why is there a signature requirement for a $30 item? Thank you. John
