Have not received my parcel from China Post.

Tracking says my parcel was successfully delivered on Dec. 2.
I did not receive my parcel and cannot get any information on where, or by whom, it was delivered. I would very much appreciate your help in finding my parcel.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I had notification that my parcel AM376464165CN has been delivered on 30th July but I have not received it. It was through China Post and I was able to track it throughout the journey. My address was correct on the invoice receipt I received at the time of ordering.
How can I locate it? It was not switched to Australia Post once it arrived in Australia.

I have not received my parcel. I checked with my Australian post office in Crystal Brook and nothing has been delivered there. I then rang local couriers and they have no parcel whatsoever with that tracking number.
