It didn't pass the check and returned back on May 15. It's still in Shanghai now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. It should be transit to Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station and then delivered to air transport.

Why it didn’t pass the check ?
I think the process of the package always around in the same city. Guanzhou-shanghai after that shanghai-guangzhou and repeat like that again ..
