Help me! my package from shine has been in transit for 11 days

Hi there I was wondering if you can help me. I ordered things from SHEIN and I have been tracking it the whole time. Its been stuck in transit in Hong Kong for 11 days and is meant to arrive this week. I have ordered there before and I live in New Zealand and it has not taken this long before. please help I'm not sure him gonna get it.
