Hello, I have a question. I did send a package from Germany to china . It contains a action figure for repair as a after sale service . But my package is stuck on inward office for exchange for 2 weeks now . The tracking is: CY735138627DE
There is a phone number provided on the package for contact with the company for custom clearance but they have not been contacted yet
