Hi i ordered something on amazon and will like to know where my package is the package was being shipped from china i live in the U.S Virgin Islands and my tracking number is UJ525169227CN and i will like to know where is the package i tried asking the Singapore post but they said they don't have the package and when i called china post they said that they don't have they package and it was already shipped out can you please help me my number is (340) 474-0248 .

I've tracked my order saying it was delivered yesterday 15th November but it was not delivered to my address. Could you tell me who the courier company who delivered it also there phone number so I can contact much appreciated .william stokes
There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reasons:
1. The sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
2. It's just sent and need two or three days to have tracking information.
3. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
4. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.
You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
