I ordered a package from district404 for 174 usd, it says my package is in norway oslo but i got an update on aftership tracking that i needed to contact carrier at the earliest to resolve this issue, then it says carrier may return the package to sender if not contacted.

I’ve received an note saying there’s been an exception to my delivery and I cannot see the details. Please advise when I can expect delivery.
