how can I cancel a delivery

I accidentally ordered fraudulent items from a fraudulent company. I have contacted the company within 24 hours of the order to cancel. The company refused. Their return and refund policies are sketchy at best. This company is out of China but gives a Kansas City, MO address for returns. I contacted PayPal and my bank to dispute the charges. I have the tracking number AQ842639839CN and I do not want these fraudulent, counterfeit items. Can I cancel this delivery before it reaches the United States?
